I've noticed that I do not receive any notifications for event invites in my email. They are shoot directly over to my calendar.

Do people send you calendar invites but you don’t receive them?

The most important is contact your Office global admin to help you check if your mailbox was set up any delegates or assign your mailbox full access permission to other users in Office If so, you can remove them and then wait for some time to see if it make any difference.

I have to users who are on Windows 7 and Office pro plus. About two weeks ago they stop recieving meeting invites. Users will schedule meetings and send it to them and it will not come to their mailbox. They never see it in outlook, webmail, iphone, blackberry nothing. It's as if the sender never sent the meeting request. This is causing them to miss meeting because on the sender's end it shows to two employees tacking status under calendar tools show "none" as if they have not resposed, but they actually never got it.

Even when the user on webmail, he still does not recieve invites. We had him logged into our terminal server, which we looked at as using a diferent profile, still no invites.

There are no rules setup on the user's machine that would casue this as well. Message tracking shows the meeting request was delivered, however it is not visible in the user mailbox. Client is apparently communicating correctly with the servers. User can send meeting requests, but not receive them. I also noticed the user wasn't able to send a meeting cancellation, it would get stuck in the outbox.

EDIT: Never mind, we found the problem. The user had a delegate that quit the company a while back don't ask me how he never noticed incoming meeting requests never arrived before and he had set the delegate only to receive the meeting requests.

My calendar invitations have worked flawlessly for almost 4 years and just recently that changed. My clients are NOT receiving my calendar invitations unless I go into the invitation, change something and resend out the invite. I am not certain that it's only people using Outlookbut I assume most of my clients use MS products, so this might be related.

The option to change this behavior can be found in the Delegates Permissions dialog. Here, double click on the delegate or select it and press the Permissions… button to open the dialog to specify the permissions for the delegate. Note: Even without the copies, but with Editor permissions, you can still create, accept and decline meeting invitations from within the Calendar of your manager.

When I send calendar invites from my Outlook email at work, some items change to hours earlier on the receiving end. For example, when I send an invite to a pm meeting, when I receive the notice on my Gmail it has been changed to am. The same thing happens when I send it to a Yahoo account. The problem only occurs with events that were added to my calendar from an import.

Someone else in the office created a master calendar on their Outlook, which I imported and shows up correctly on my Outlook calendar. But when I send a calendar invite to another calendar Gmail or Yahoothey show up with the wrong time. We have checked for time zone issues multiple times. There is no option to check anything for daylight time. I don't think it's a daylight time issue, because events would be showing 1 hour off, instead of Time zones could be the only reason why the events are changing when someone received your Calendar invites.

You can try and replicate the concern by setting up an event using the current time zone on your Outlook. Once done, send it to your email address, and then change the current time zone on your Outlook. You'll see that the time that you've set up in the event that you've created will change as well.
